WOODWORKING ARTISTS

Artist Statement

Wooden Peace was born from fate, passion, and a deep appreciation for the natural beauty hidden inside every piece of wood. We are a couple of self-taught artists and woodworkers who unexpectedly fell in love with the craft, discovering along the way that working with wood brings us a sense of calm, joy, and connection with nature. The wood is sourced locally from salvaged and pruned trees, each piece of art embraces a second life and a story worth telling.  What began as a simple hobby quickly became a creative journey fueled by imagination, craftsmanship, and the peaceful energy we feel every time we step into our workshop. We feel incredibly privileged and grateful to have discovered this path together, and Wooden Peace has become more than a name — it reflects the serenity, harmony, and fulfillment this work brings into our lives.

Using food-grade epoxy and vibrant mica pigments, we create one-of-a-kind functional art pieces designed to be both beautiful and practical for everyday living. From sassy cups and pedestal bowls to decorative statement pieces, every creation is handcrafted with care and intention. No two pieces are ever alike — each work is completely unique, shaped by the natural grain, texture, and character of the wood itself. Sharing our creations with others has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey, and we are deeply grateful that people connect with and enjoy our work as much as we enjoy creating it. Knowing that our pieces become part of someone’s home, daily life, or special moments is something we truly cherish.
