Melissa Reimer

I am an artist and educator, residing in North Delta, British Columbia.  My work is graphic and colorful. I love layering colors, patterns, textures and shapes to create dynamic images. I am constantly trying to achieve depth and beauty in simplicity and I am convinced that the most interesting images always fall on one side of symmetrical.  

The LissLane line of clothing was inspired by my love of printmaking and my two little owls at home. Each design is hand drawn, block printed and then silkscreened by hand. After hand-dyeing each garment, I print on both organic cotton and bamboo, with a water based ink that is safe for your little ones as well as the environment!
